PSSUPT AMADO T ESPINO JR – Provincial Director of Pangasinan PPO from 1992 to

1995 and adjudged as the Best PPO two times nationwide during his tenure of duty. He also
became the Regional Director of Police Regional Office 1 which he was awarded as the
Regional Director of the year. After his stint in police service, he became a Congressman of
2nd and 5th District of and Governor of Pangasinan. Holding a key position on the
government, he continuously helps the Pangasinan Provincial Office in its projects and
improvement.

PSSUPT MARIANO LUIS M VERSOZA – became the Provincial Director of Pangasinan


PPO from July 16, 2012 to December 26, 2012. During his incumbency, he spearheaded the
improvement of camp premises starting from the drainage system, camp streetlights,
overlaying of asphalt on camp roads, renovation of firing range and installation of PPO gym.
He initiated the building of Retiree’s Hall thru Congressman Leopoldo N Bataoil’s GAA fund.

PCOL EDGAR ALLAN O OKUBO – became the Provincial Director of Pangasinan PPO
from January 7, 2016 to July 1, 2016. He was the Provincial Director during successful
conduct of Presidential Debate 2016 which was held at Dagupan City and the Presidential
Election on May 2016. He was assigned now as the Deputy Regional Director for Operations
at Police Regional Office 11.

PCOL RONALD O LEE – became the Provincial Director of Pangasinan PPO from July 1,
2016 to June 20, 2018 and was awarded as Outstanding Police Senior Officer for Operation
(Regional Level) on September 10, 2018 and Outstanding Police Provincial Office for PCR
2017 (Regional and National Level). During his incumbency, he started the renovation of
PNP buildings; the Magilas Hall was constructed, renovated the PNP Chapel and named it
as St. Michael the Archangel Chapel. He also initiated changing the camp’s name from
“Pangasinan Constabulary/Integrated National Police Command” to “Camp Gov. Antonio U
Sison” to give honor to the donor of the property. He is currently assigned as the Director of
Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group.

PCOL WILSON JOSEPH LOPEZ – became the Provincial Director of Pangasinan PPO
from June 20, 2018 to May 28, 2019 and during his stint as the Provincial Director he was
awarded as the Outstanding Police Senior Officer for PCR 2018 (regional and National
Level). He initiated the renovation of admin building, Chapel, firing range and Grandstand.
He was now as the Acting Deputy District Director for Operations at Eastern Police District,
National Capital Regional Police Office.
