Throughout my stay at WMSU-IPIL-ESU, I became an active student and served as a University
Student Council Officer for four (4) consecutive years with experience in organizing events and heading
the studentry in English Department. Which I believed is helpful in my development as a teacher. I am
also an active youth leader in the municipality of Ipil, which I became one of the representatives of the
municipality and appointed as Regional Federation Secretary of Pag-asa Youth Association of the
Philippines. I also became one of the facilitators of Padayon Mindanao 2.0 Leadership Training held at
Dapitan City, last September 2018. The said training was sponsored by the United States Agency for
International Development (USAID) and Department of Social welfare and Development IX (DSWD IX).

As an active student and officer, I encountered and socialized with different persons and it developed
my interpersonal skills. Brings with me the values that I learned which are academic excellence and
character, I believe that I would be able to make a significant contribution in your excellent school.
