Dear Ms SUGAPRIYA
Subject: OFFER LETTER FOR JOB POSITION OF HIRING ASSOCIATE

Welcome to HelixPRO Solutions Private Limited,

With reference to your application and the subsequent discussions you had with us, we
are pleased to confirm your appointment as “HIRING ASSOCIATE” with effect from 18
th September 2018, reporting to the Director on the following terms and conditions:

1. You are appointed as HIRING ASSOCIATE with effective from 18 th September 2018.
Your Annual Salary package (CTC) would be INR 2.4 Lakhs per annum

2. You will submit a weekly status report of your work done in the prescribed form to the
Managing Director or any other person nominated by him in this regard.

3. During the engagement you will be located at Chennai, Pune and Bangalore.

4. This Offer is terminable by the Company or the Employee by giving Two months’
notice or two months’ gross salary in lieu of notice. While on Client Project Site, the
notice period will be affected by Client’s Project Manager concerned and project
knowledge transfer wherever applicable

5. As part of your assignment, you will acquire or develop confidential and proprietary
information concerning the company and its dealings and method of dealings and you
also will develop relationships of special trust and confidence with the Company’s
customers (and their end-users) and the employees (Collectively, ‘Confidential Matter’).

6. Confidential Matter is for the Company’s exclusive benefit and that, both during your
assignment and at all times thereafter, you will not directly or indirectly use or disclose
any Confidential Matter except for the sole benefit and with the consent of the Company.
Upon the conclusion of your contract, you will promptly return all documents and
information (including computer generated or stored matters) concerning the Company
or its customers (and their end-users) or employees and also all personal property of the
Company (i.e., Laptop Computer).
7. You shall keep confidential and not disclose to any third party any and all unpublished
business and technical information, specifications, drawings, manuals, papers,
documents, data or other such records or information relating to the company which the
Company may receive, either directly or indirectly in the course of business. You shall
not use any such information for any commercial or other purpose other than the
business of the Company.

8. During the term of this contract, you will have access to and become familiar with
various trade secrets, process, information, lists, records and specifications which are
owned by the Company or Clients of the Company, and which you have no proprietary
right. As such, you shall not disclose any of the aforementioned trade secrets, directly or
indirectly, nor use them in any way during the term of this appointment or for a period of
two years thereafter, except as required by the Company.

9. The Company reserves the rights to terminate your contract for just cause which shall
include unsatisfactory performance, indiscipline, and moral turpitude, breach of the
termination notice or any other provisions of this contract.

10. General
a) This offer letter is subject to the condition that you have not provided us with any false
declaration or willfully suppressed any material information. Please note that you are
required to inform us if there is any agreement, oral or written, which you have entered
into and which may relate or affect your agreements under this Agreement

b) During the employment you have to comply by all policies of the company. These
policies are updated/modified on a periodic basis and new policies may be introduced
and notified to employees from time to time Ms SUGAPRIYA, we are pleased to have you
joined us and are extremely confident that you will contribute to rapid business growth
of the company and be part of a professional and challenging environment.

Please confirm your acceptance of the above terms and conditions by signing and
returning the copy of this letter to us.
