DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

(Re: Fishing Boats/Vessels)

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THIS DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is entered into and between


JANET D. LOZARI, Filipino, of legal age, married and resident of Block 48,
Lots 54-55 Phase 1-C, San Lorenzon South Bo., Malitlit, San Rosa City, Laguna,
hereinafter referred to as VENDOR/SELLER, THAT FOR AND IN
CONSIDERATION of the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS (P2,000,000.00)
Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid by ALICIA GOLEZ, Filipino of legal
age, widow and a resident of Barangay San Carlos, Tukuran, Zamboanga del Sur,
hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE/BUYER, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged to my full satisfaction, do hereby TRANSFER, SELL, CEDE
and CONVEY, my ownership, by way of absolute sale unto said
VENDEE/BUYER, her heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest, the following
fishing boats/vessels and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

OF which is I am the registered owner thereof and that I hereby warrant


peaceful possession thereof in favor of the Vendee and further warrant that the
aforesaid mentioned fishing boats/vessels are from all liens and encumbrances.
