KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, AMADO VILLAR PASION, JR. of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Block 1,
Lot 1, Dona Carmen Blvd., Davao Cooperative Village (DACOVILLE), Dumoy, Talomo
District, Davao City, DO HEREBY DECLARE, NAME, CONSTITUTE, DESIGNATE
AND APPOINT my father , AMADO Z. PASION, SR., my son ALDRIN JAMES L.
PASION and my nephew JOSEPH DARNLEY P. REYES, all of legal ages and residents of
Block 1, Lot 1, Dona Carmen Blvd., Davao Cooperative Village (DACOVILLE), Dumoy,
Talomo District, Davao City, as my true and legal representatives to act in my name and stead to
perform the following acts:
TO DO, ACT, CLAIM, HOLD, EXERCISE, DECIDE, SIGN all legal documents,
matters in my behalf and to FOLLOW-UP, PERFORM AND DO WHATEVER LEGAL
MEANS NECESSARY for the approval and proper execution of the LAST WILL AND
TESTAMENT of the late EMILIO ALVAREZ GUZMAN, who appointed me to be the
EXECUTOR of his LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT. The copy of which is enclosed for
perusal.
HEREBY GRANTING unto my representatives full power and authority to execute
and perform every act necessary to render effective the approval and proper execution of the
LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of the late EMILIO ALVAREZ GUZMAN as though I
myself, have so performed it, and HEREBY APPROVING ALL that they may do by virtue
hereof with full right of substitution of his person and revocation of this instrument.
