Priest: Dearest Lilliana, do you take Lovell as your lawfully wedded husband, in sickness and
health, till death do you part?
Lilliana (bored): I do… I guess.
Lilliana yawns
Priest: And do you, Lovell, take Lilliana as your lawfully wedded wife, in sickness and in health,
till death do you part?
Lovell: Not even death could keep us apart, my love!
Everyone says “awwwwwwh”
Priest: Then, we shall start with a dance!
Lovell: Care to dance, my love?
Lilliana (unbothered): umm…fine.
They start dancing, lasts 5 seconds

Lilliana is disappointed
Lilliana: Hmph! Fineeee.
Lovell sighs in relief
Lovell: Okay! I’m starting!
Lovell: 1…2…3…4…5…6…

Priscilla: Shut up and go! You’ll get caught unless you hurry!
Priscilla and Lilliana run off stage and then back on

Priscilla: MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Finally! After years of enduring her wretched face! Smiling
happily with my one true love! How dare she?! Well, no matter! Now, she will stay locked up in
that chest until she takes her very last breath! Never again will she get in my way!

Scene 12
Narrator: They stayed like that for a good few hours and only stopped for dinner. Afterwards,
they had all given up the search. All hope was lost. They just lived out their days mournful and
upset. Lovell spent his days crying alone in his room and the Baron sobbed about his lost
investment. John and Johnson were as crazy as ever, and Priscilla spent her evenings imagining
what life would’ve been like if Lovell had loved her instead. She spent some time regretting as
well, for all she ever wanted was to be loved. What a tragedy, huh? Everything seemed dark,
hopeless, until one day, a maid went into the attic to clean, and he decided to clean the old
wooden chest, as it was looking a bit dusty, you can imagine his reaction when he was poor
Lilliana in her final resting place.

Scene 13

everyone shall feel…I must inform Lovell at once!
Maid runs off hurriedly
Scene 14

Maid runs on, frantic
Maid: Sir! Sir! I’m terribly sorry to wake you, but-but it-it’s urgent!
Lovell yawns, rubs eyes
Lovell: What could possibly be so urgent that you had to wake me from my beauty sleep?
Maid: Oh it’s- it’s terrible! It’s horrible! I- She-
Lovell: Just spit it out already!
Maid: She’s dead!
Lovell: Wh-who’s dead?
Maid lowers his head, voice turns into a whisper
Maid: Lilliana…
Lovell goes deathly silent
Lovell (Under his breath): Take me to her…
They go off stage
Scene 15
Maid: She’s in there…
Maid points to chest
Lovell walks silently to the chest
10
He opens the chest slowly
Sighs sadly
Closes chest slowly and leaves
Lovell: Prep the body for the funeral… I’ll handle the rest.
Maid nods, starts to walk towards chest
Lovell: Oh and maid,

Father Jack: Very well, sir, the funeral is to be held where you were married all those years ago,
and it shall begin early Tuesday morning.
Lovell nods
Lovell: Thank you, Father Jack, if you’ll excuse me now, I must get my rest.
Father Jack: Of course, sir. Enjoy your evening.
Lovell exits
Scene 17
Lovell: Oh John, what am I to do? The funeral is tomorrow!
John: Uhh… Sorry sir? I don’t know what to say sir…
Lovell rubs eyes, tired
11
Lovell: John, you don’t have to call me sir, you know? We’re just a couple of old fools now, no
point in useless titles.
John: Sorry si- oops…
Lovell smiles warmly, but sad in his eyes
Lovell: You know something, John? I’ve always considered you my closest friend. My only friend
now.
John: I’m honored, Lovell. I always hoped one day to become friends.
Lovell: I’ve been to strict with you, boy. I should’ve been kinder. You’re a brave soul John, and a
smart one too.
John: You’re too kind, old friend. I thank you dearly.
Lovell waves hand in dismissal
Lovell: Don’t mention it. You’re excused now, John. You should get some rest. You’ve a long day
ahead of you, and I need at least one of us to be stable for it.
John smiles, chuckles to himself.
John: You should get some rest too. The events of tomorrow require full mental presence, and
immense focus. Best of luck to you, Lovell. Thank you for this.
Lovell: Likewise, buddy.
John smiles and walks off stage
Lovell follows shortly after
Scene 18
Father Jack stands in front
Lovell next to Father Jack
John and Johnson next to Lovell
Priscilla on the other side of Father Jack
12
Father Jack: Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today in order to mourn the death of and
celebrate the life of our dearest Lilliana. We have all and shall all suffer greatly from this tragic
loss. I’d like to call up some important people to say their goodbyes.
Lovell sighs
Lovell: Where do I start? Well, she was the love of my life, my muse, the very reason I lived. The
hope of seeing here again one day is what kept me alive all these years. I’m deeply hurt by her
death, but I must admit, I am strangely relieved. For at least now I know she’s in a better place.
Father Jack: Thank you for that beautiful speech. Priscilla? Would you like to go next?
Priscilla: Lilliana was my best friend. I loved her with all of my heart. She was my soulmate! We
did everything together, since we were two years old! We’ve never been apart. We were
supposed to grow old together!
Priscilla fake cries
Priscilla: I-I can’t do this!
Priscilla runs away fake crying
Father Jack: Take all the time you need, dear. This is hard on all of us. John? Johnson? Would you
like to say a few words?
John walks up
John: Pssst! Johnson! Get over here! Now!
Johnson yawns
Johnson: Alright, alright! I’m comin!
John: Dearest friends, dearest family
Johnson: And Priscilla…
Johnson rolls his eyes
John: Lilliana was probably the most fun and joyful little human I’ve ever met. I know how much
boss cared about her. How much so many people cared about her. What a horrid way to go, huh?
Johnson: It was MURDER! What if it was Priscilla the whole time?!
John: Shut it you idiot! Don’t be stupid!
13
Priscilla: What?! N-no! I-I didn’t do anything ! I swear! How dare you accuse me of such a thing?!
I’m innocent!
Priscilla runs away crying
Lovell face palms
Lovell: Just what I needed. Just leave, you two. Leave me alone with my grief!
John and Johnson leave
Scene 19
John and Johnson catch up to Priscilla
They stop, and try to catch their breath
John: Oi! Wait up!
Johnson: How do you run so fast?!
John crosses his arms, looks very serious
John: We want to have a little chat with you.
Priscilla: Haven’t you tormented me enough?!
Johnson: Come on then luv, it’ll only take a minute.
Priscilla: Ugh! Fine! One minute.
John: Priscilla, we have a few questions to ask you. Number 1-
Johnson: Did you kill Lilliana?!
John face palms
Priscilla: No! I didn’t.
John: Question 2!
Johnson: What’s your favorite color?!
John shoves him
Johnson shoves back
Narrator walks on
Narrator: 1 hour later
14
Priscilla: OH. MY. GOD. Fine! I killed her! Will you PLEASE just SHUT UP now?!?!?!
Johnson: YES! I knew it!
Johnson does a victory dance
John: Johnson, you idiot! Stop being happy, she’s still dead!
Johnson: Oi don’t be such a party pooper!
They argue more
Priscilla slowly slips away while they argue
John: Oi where’s Priscilla gone?
Johnson: I don’t know, you idiot!
John: Why did you let her leave?!
Johnson: Me?! It was your fault!
They continue bickering
Narrator comes on
Narrator: This is where our story ends, with Priscilla running free, Lovell still crying, the Baron
rolling over in his grave, and of course, John and Johnson shoving each other and arguing to
their hearts content. Thank you for watching, we hope you enjoyed!
