I- PRELIMINARIES:
The BOARD Meeting was started ate exactly 3:00PM at DST Social Hall.
The Opening prayer was led by Rev. Mo. Louella Grace Buscato, DST, the Chairman of
the board of trustees of Saint Teresa School of Talisay, Inc.

II- CHECKING OF ATTENDANCE:

AGENDA:
1. Faculty Manual Reviews

The chairman of the board give more emphasis on the description and duties and the
teachers.
Clubbing moderator are added on the manual
Guidelines and responsibilities of the prefect of discipline coordinator
The board give some adjustments on the Honorarium for teachers with overload based
on the number of enrolees per school.
The integration of technology in all learning areas are encourage to meet the needs of
the 21st century learners.
Dissemination of manual to all teaching staff

VII- CLOSING PRAYER- it was leaded by Sr. Louella

The meeting was adjourned at exactly 4:35 PM.
