EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
I believe that all students deserve an education that allows them to master skills at their own pace and
to reach their full potential. I want to make sure that students have learned to take ownership of their
work by creating hands-on group projects where every peer has a role to perform. Also, I want to make
sure that students are learning how to use inquiry in order to determine whether their strategies are
working and if not how they can choose a different one. I want to make sure that students are
surrounded in an environment where they feel safe and secure in order for them to take risks in the
classroom where they are striving to reach their full potential or even past that. I want to make sure
they have an accepting environment for them to make sure they feel that they can be themselves and to
socialize with their peers.
