AHO-OFDM Dimming PDF

This document studies the performance of AHO-OFDM dimming compared to spectral efficiency. It presents data on different target dimming levels from 2% to 98% and the corresponding modulation schemes, spectral efficiencies for ACO-OFDM, PAM-DMT, and AHO-OFDM. It shows that AHO-OFDM achieves higher spectral efficiency than ACO-OFDM and PAM-DMT across all dimming levels due to its ability to combine the modulation schemes.
