RONQUILLO to perform the following acts in my absence:

 To receive and sign documents regarding my land;


 To attend meetings regarding the said property;
 To receive and recover amounts appertaining to my land for the purpose of
safekeeping only; and
 To perform all other acts necessary to carry out the above-mentioned
purposes.

This authorization does not include the power to enter in any transaction for the
purpose of selling the land.
