1) The State TB Cell of Assam is welcoming participants to a two-day sensitization workshop on CBNAAT to be held at Hotel D'Sapphire in Guwahati. 2) Participants are encouraged to visit local tourist and religious sites like Maa Kamakhya Temple during their stay. 3) All expenses including accommodation and food will be covered by respective State TB societies. Rooms have been arranged at negotiated rates of Rs. 2,500 for double occupancy and Rs. 2,300 for single occupancy, both including breakfast.

Dear Sir / Ma’m,

State TB Cell on behalf of Govt of Assam would like to accord a warm welcome to you to this
very important “Sensitization Workshop on CBNAAT” for the North-East Zone to be held at
Hotel D’Sapphire, Guwahati.
During your stay do try to take time out to visit few places of tourist and religious interest
such as – “MaaKamakhya Temple”, “Balaji Temple”, “SankardevKalashetra”, “Emporium
and shops for Assam Tea and Local handicrafts”.
I would request you to kindly take note of the following:
 As per the mail from Central TB Division, all expenditure including stay and food will be
borne by the respective State TB Cell Societies of your state.
 We have tried to arrange rooms on twin sharing basis at a negotiated rate of ₹ 2,500/-
(All inclusive) for double occupancy and ₹ 2,300/- for single occupancy which also
includes complimentary breakfast.
 Venue for the workshop is “Shamiana Hall” in the hotel itself.
 Registration for the workshop starts at 9:30 AM.
We hope to have a very successful interaction during this 2 day workshop and come up with
concrete action plan for successful roll out of CBNAAT services in the region.
