FOAM SOLUTION TEST REPORT

The foam samples were collected and tested as per instruction the Instruction Manual
of the Precision Foam Test Kit.

CONCLUSION

The Mixing Ratio falls within the range of 3.4 – 3.5%, which is above the required 3% and is found to be
acceptable.
