Subject: 11 KVA Independent Feeder


Dear Sir,

This is to inform that Balmer Lawrie (BL) had obtained an 11 KVA Independent
Feeder connection in October. 2016 and the independent Electricity Line was
stretched from HVPN, Jharsentli to our Plant with separate poles for un-
interrupted supply of electricity to run our Plant activities.

It is hereby brought to your notice that there are many other unauthorized loose
Cables are hanging and tied with our Poles for providing connections to villagers
homes and commercial establishments and unknown loose cables are found on
our poles. Also, most of the Poles for our Independent Line are now in bad shape
either tilted or bent. Thus, there is all possibility of any mishap or fatal accident.
We have heard about such an accident on 24th May, 2019 near boundary wall of
Avi-Oil Pvt. Ltd.

In order to avoid any such incidences / near misses in future, would request you
to please take necessary action on removal of all such cables on our Electrical
Poles.
