I, AMPARO R. FRANCISCO, Filipino, widow, of legal age and resident of
Sto. Tomas, Province of Batangas after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law states, that:
1. I am a surviving sister of the deceased Teofista S. Rocello and
Lydia S. Rocello;
2. Being one of the deceased’ siblings I am a collateral relative and
therefore an heir for purposes of succession;
3. My deceased sisters died without leaving a will. They left
properties registered in their name and covered by TCT No. T-______, which is
now the subject of expropriation proceedings pending before the Regional Trial
Court, Branch 6, Tanauan City, Batangas;
4. Considering that I have received my share of the inheritance from
our parents I am permanently waiving all my rights as an heir of my sisters in
favor of the heirs of my other deceased sister, Nenita R. Perez and the heirs of
my deceased brother Ruperto S. Rocello, Sr. including all the rights, privileges
and obligations thereto;
5. I am executing this waiver of inheritance to attest to the truth of all
the foregoing facts and do hereby authorize the heirs of Nenita R. Perez and
Ruperto S. Rocello, Sr. to effect the same.

WAIVER OF RIGHTS and INTERESTS
I, ROLANDO Z. BRIONES, Filipino, widower, of legal age and resident of
Barangay Ulango, Tanauan City, Province of Batangas after having been duly sworn to
in accordance with law states, that:
1. I am the sole and surviving compulsory heir of my deceased daughter
Lolita Briones who died single on July 21, 2011;
2. As the legal and biological father of my deceased daughter, I am legally
entitled to all the benefits due her in connection with her employment with the Philippine
National Police (PNP) as a Non-Uniformed Personnel;
3. During her lifetime and as former employee of the PNP she was a
member of the Armed Forces and Police Savings and Loan Association, Inc. (AFPSLAI);
4. In connection with her death, all corresponding claims relative to her
entitlement to AFPSLAI benefits may now be timely filed and claimed;
5. I have offered to transfer, assign and waive all my rights, title and
interests over the afore-mentioned AFPSLAI benefits to which I may be entitled to as
beneficiary and compulsory heir of Lolita Briones in favor of my only surviving daughter
VIRGINIA BRIONES ANDAYA and the latter hereby accepts this waiver;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises the
undersigned hereby waives, assigns, transfers and conveys unto my daughter VIRGINIA
BRIONES ANDAYA, all my rights, title and interests over the aforementioned AFPSLAI
benefits and appurtenant interests thereto pursuant to this Deed.
I am executing this waiver of rights and interests to attest to the truth of all the
foregoing facts and do hereby authorize AFPSLAI to effect the same.

Batangas in favor of our cousins Enrico M. Siman and Ismael M. Siman including all the
rights, privileges and obligations attached thereto;

concerned government agency to effect the same;

I, NANCY CASTILLO CORDERO, Filipino citizen, of legal age, married

1. I am one of the children of my parents Demetrio M. Castillo and

working in the United States of America (USA);

3. For and in consideration of the numerous financial assistance and
favors obtained by the undersigned and my family from my siblings, I am
permanently waiving all my inchoate rights as heirs of my parents over the
aforesaid properties in favor of my siblings DELMER P. CASTILLO, EDWIN P.
CASTILLO and SHIRLEY P. CASTILLO including all the rights, privileges and
obligations thereto;
4. I declare under oath that I am fully aware of the contents of this

WAIVER
I, FLOR PEREGRINA TAN, Filipino citizen, of legal age, widow and
resident of Barangay Santor, Tanauan City, Batangas after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law states, that:
1. I am the widow of Gorgonio Tan who died intestate on July 22,
2015 in Tanauan City, Batangas;
2. On October 24, 2018, the undersigned and my children executed
an Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate with Partition Agreement involving a parcel
of land covered by TCT No. T-32501 containing an area of 934 square meters.
Out of 934 square meters, Seventy-Eight Square Meters (78 sq. m.) were given
to my daughter JENIFER TAN TEJADA;
3. The corresponding taxes were duly paid to the Bureau of Internal
Revenue (BIR). As a matter of fact, Donor’s Tax and penalty thereof were
likewise assessed and paid accordingly;
4. However, the corresponding waiver over the THIRTY-NINE
SQUARE METERS AND NINE DECIMETERS (39.09 square meters), more or
less, were omitted in the Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate with Partition
Agreement;
5. In order to complete the document, I do hereby transfer, assign
and waive THIRTY-NINE SQUARE METERS AND NINE DECIMETERS (39.09
square meters) of the aforesaid parcel of land in favour of JENIFER TAN
TEJADA, Filipino citizen; all of legal age, married to Rowel S. Tejada and
resident of Barangay Barangay Pugo, Bautista, Pangasinan;
4. I declare under oath that I am fully aware of the contents of this
document; that I have read and understood its contents; that I am voluntarily
executing this document without force and intimidation exerted against me;
