Business Requirement

1. Currently Trade Offer to Distributors in given to Distributor by way of % scheme, we now


need to operate Trade Offers by way of Free Issues also.
2. The scheme would be that if a Distributor buys 1 case of any product, he pays only for a
certain No. of units in the case, the balance units will be free. For Eg. Glucon D 100g has
150 units in a case, the Distributor will pay for 146 units only and balance 6 units will be free.
3. Currently scheme is operated as % value and defined in SAP using T Code VK11 – ZTO1
4. New Logic will need to be developed so that the free issue can be captured in the Billing
Document.
5. New Condition Type to be created.
New Movement Type to be created – Z82 mapped to GL Code - 3070032002 and Movement
Type Z83 to capture reversals
6. The Free Issue details should be displayed in Order/Delivery/Billing Document.
7. Reversals to be captured.
8. Printing also to capture the free goods
9. Condition Type to be added to ZSD_Sales Tax and all other related reports.

Business Benefit
This will enable schemes to be passed on invoice by way of free issues
