Value – means ideas, actions, habits or experiences that are vital in the promotion
of human life
 Values comes from Latin word “Valere” means to measure the worth of
thing

1. Biological Values – These values are important to the physiological existence
of man as a biological being.

 Life, Health and Work
2. Social values- These values are necessary to the communal gratification of the
individual as a member of society.

 Leisure an Education
3. Rational Values- these values are vital to the fulfillment pf the intellect and the
will power of the individual.
