Week 3-Debate

Counselors are bound by a code of conduct not to engage in sexual relationships with current or former clients for at least two years after counseling ends. However, a counselor has fallen in love with a client who has reciprocated their feelings. Quitting their job would allow the counselors to pursue the relationship, but their job is also important to them. Students must debate whether it is more ethical for the counselor to quit their job or stay, and explain their reasoning.
