Ingredients Directions
30 pcs Éclair Shells (716127) 1. Whip all ingredients of the Latte Macchiato
cream quickly in mixer.
Latte Macchiato Cream 2. Fill the éclairs with the Latte Macchiato Cream.
400g Cream Classic 3. Coat with chocolate and white chocolate cream
(Cold process pastry cream) and marble.
1000g Water
70g Latte Macchiato Flavor
Paste (DRE 28104 9)

Decoration
150g Schokoladino
(Chocolate Cream)
150g Blancoladino
(White Compound Cream)
