ORDER:

In the Government Order first read above, orders were issued for
implementing New Health Insurance Scheme, 2014 for Pensioners (including
spouse) / Family Pensioners with effect from 1-7-2014 and also inter alia
635 hospitals have been approved for undergoing accredited treatments /
surgeries under this scheme. In the said order, among others, orders were
also issued to the effect that the additional list of approved hospitals and list
of deleted hospitals, if any covered under this scheme will have to be notified
and also hosted in the websites of Government of Tamil Nadu in Finance
Department, Treasuries and Accounts Department, United India Insurance
Company Limited, Chennai and Third Party Administrator for reference from
time to time.

2. In the Government Order second read above, Government also

approved the inclusion of 22 additional hospitals for undergoing accredited
treatments / surgeries under New Health Insurance Scheme, 2014 for
P.T.O.

Pensioners (including spouse) / Family Pensioners based on the
recommendations of the Accreditation Committee constituted under New
Health Insurance Scheme, 2012. In the Government Order third read
above, Government also approved the deletion of 10 hospitals and change of
name and address of the 7 hospitals under New Health Insurance Scheme,
2014 for Pensioners (including spouse) / Family Pensioners.

3. In the letter fourth and sixth read above, the Director of Treasuries
and Accounts, Chennai has submitted proposal to the Government for
approval of 8 additional hospitals and additional specialities of 10 hospitals
already empanelled under New Health Insurance Scheme, 2014 for
Pensioners (including spouse) / Family Pensioners for effective
implementation of the scheme as the list of accredited hospitals and the list
of treatments / surgeries are being implemented.

4. The Government after careful consideration of the proposal of

Director of Treasuries and Accounts hereby approves the inclusion of 8
additional hospitals as detailed in the Annexure-I to this order for
undergoing accredited treatments / surgeries and additional specialities of
10 hospitals already empanelled as detailed in the Annexure-II to this order
under New Health Insurance Scheme, 2014 for Pensioners (including
spouse) / Family Pensioners.
