WHAT CAN BE DONE AT HOME?
Parents may engage in discussions with their child about healthy
lifestyle and collaborate with him in creating a plan to improve his
well being and the well being of everyone at home.
Parents may spend some time on a specific day of the week to
implement at least 1 action plan of their child. For example, if his
plan is to eat healthy, to plan with him a healthy menu or prepare a
healthy meal together.
Parents, please share positive changes that happen at home as a
result of his learning about this unit. :)
