Dear Mr. Herault

I'm glad to hear you come with the initiative to take over the defective products in return for new
ones,tested and 100% good for use, but there are certain clauses that our company can not miss out on.
First of all, our company does not blame for the further damage of the LCDs you offer to us, the situation
being entirely the fault of your company. Secondly, as long as you take over the defective products and
change them with new ones, our company has to stagnate the production of digital cameras due to the lack
of all component parts, which means it suffers material damage.We greatly appreciate the partnership
relations that we have not already in the first year and as a solution to this situation less pleasant for both
parties we propose that your company pay as a material damage in the size of one day of work each day
until the final change of all LCDs with some good quality.I think this solution to the problem will be quite
clear because each of us is well aware of what to do, and as long as there is a partnership between our
companies, I would not want to ruin these relationships through a situation of this kind, which can affect
both companies.I hope our company's position was clear and at the same time well thought out, I'm waiting
for your answer.
