the hands placement at the end
is in the middle and after you
push to a stand raise your arms
stretch back up to sky.
6. Finding their correct tripod
shape (head at the top of the
triangle and hands at the sides),
walk their feet to their
shoulders and try to put one
knee on top of one elbow,
holding for a few seconds then
putting foot back on the ground
and walking feet back out,
finish with a child’s pose
stretch each time. More
challenging: try placing both
knees onto each elbow (placing
one knee at a time slowly),
hold for a few sections, place
one foot back on the ground at
a time, walk feet back out and
finish in the same child’s pose
stretch. More challenging: once
you are fulling balanced over
the shoulders with both knees
on elbows and not wiggling at
all, you can try to kiss your
knee together in a tuck.
