Dear Mr. D:

Good day!

I am very mpress on your teaching skills. You are one of the most outstanding teacher in our
institution but these past few months I observed that you are not attending in our meetings and
you are not following some of our regulations here in school. It is not once but I noticed that
your absences and not wearing uniform happened frequently. I am sorry to tell you that such
things are disregarded.

Due to this problem, I decided to suspend you from your work for two weeks. This decision
should be put in action because I dont wan't to be bias to my subordinates. This suspension will
take into effect starting tomorrow.

I am worried about your suspension because it is a big loss in school that one of the outstanding
teacher will relax for a while but I am hoping for your positive response and I hope you will
understand the situation. Thank you and may God Bless you.
