It should be wired as follows: The power lead is connected to the C [COMMON] terminal. The warning device, horn or light, that indicates a lack of oil flow should be connected to’ the NC [NORMALLY CLOSED] terminal. Upon startup the horn will sound until the flow starts and opens this contact. When flow falls below the preset level the horn will sound. The feed to the crusher, screen or belt, should be connected to the NO [NORNALLY OPEN] terminal. The flow through the meter will close this contact allowing the feed equipment to run. when flow falls below the preset level the contacts will open and the feed will be shut down.
