Dear ma’am,

I am writing this letter to inform you with my intention of not renewing my


contract in your institution. Also, this announces my resignation, effective on
March 30, 2020

It was not an easy decision for me to make. The past two years have been
very rewarding. I've enjoyed working for you and working with a very
successful educators dedicated in providing quality education.

Thank you for the opportunities that you have provided me during my blissful
years in the position as Subject Teacher of Junior and Senior High School,
and Sports Coordinator in your institution.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help our department to


transition to my replacement. I wish you and the institution the very best and
hope we can keep in touch in the future.
