Value 0 starts a drawing without defined settings. Value 1 displays the Startup or Create New dialog box with the Start tab displayed. Value 2 displays a custom dialog box if available, otherwise the Start tab is shown. Value 3 displays the Start tab and pre-loads the ribbon when opening or creating a new drawing.

0 Starts a drawing without defined settings.

1 Displays the Startup or the Create New Drawing dialog box.

The Start tab is displayed. If available in the application, a
