Group responsibilities
Each group member should have 1 main role such as team leader, researcher, recorder ,
materials/resource manager
Note: The role is not the only job that each student will do, every student must be able to do
all aspects of the project however if someone has the role of researcher they are responsible
for delegating researching to make sure it all gets done, they are also responsible if there is
an issue or it does not get completed. The leader is not a boss but is responsible for dealing
with team disputes and is responsible if something goes wrong.The recorder takes group
notes of each meeting.The materials manager is responsible for making sure the work is in
the group folder on google drive.
All students should discuss and agree to these roles.

Group Consequences
You need to come up with a procedure for when students are not pulling their weight or not
working together in the team. This procedure should be a series of steps, the first being
politely talking to the student. Try to solve all disputes within your group before consulting a
teacher if possible.
