AFFIDAVIT

I, PRIMO B. YORDAN, married, Filipino, of legal age, a resident of Kapunitan,


Orion, Bataan, Philippines, after being duly sworn in accordance with law, depose and
state:

1. That I am the owner of a two-story apartment complex composed of 4 units


located in Daang Bilolo, Orion, Bataan;

2. That I am aware that two units of said apartment complex is located beside a
road and the same has no sufficient setback as mandated by law;

3. As such, I will interpose no objection should the government require


adjustments in said apartment units that I own in order to accommodate
future road widening project in accordance with law.
