Dear Parents
Greetings from OIS!
Let me express my gratitude to all the parents for the immense support and cooperation extended
to us for continuing our academic session during the most unusual circumstances of this pandemic.
After such a long and arduous virtual e- learning session, the summer vacation will begin from
30th July 2020 and the school will remain closed till 31st August 2020. School will reopen after the
summer vacation on 1st September 2020. Detailed information with regard to the mode of
reopening of the session will be intimated to you shortly as per the directions from the Ministry.

In order to keep the children productively engaged during the summer vacation, school has planned
a summer camp from 8th August 2020 onwards. The details of the program is intimated to you
through the summer camp brochure. Students who are interested to join may register their names
on or before 30th July 2020.

During the vacation, students are suggested to read the comic books referred by the CBSE---
“Cogito” and “The Question Book”, a series on thinking skills to prepare the children for PISA
2022. Please refer the below mentioned site for availing these series.
