AFFIDAVIT

I, SHIELA MARIE S. LOABLE, of legal age, single, Filipino,


and a resident of Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the grand daughter of ENGRACIA LOABLE


BRAÑA who died sometime in August 1984 at Linayuan,
Badiangan, Iloilo and who was married to FERMIN
BRAÑA. Spouses Braña died intestate, leaving their
children, namely: FELY BRAÑA – TRIOL, WARLITO
BRAÑA and DEMETRIO BRAÑA, being their legal heirs.
2. That FELY BRAÑA TRIOL was married to FEDERICO
TRIOL. Spouses TRIOL had six (6) children, namely:
HONORICO BRAÑA TRIOL, MA. TERESA TRIOL –
ABALOS, ERMELITO TRIOL, FEDERICO TRIOL, JR.,
TOMAS TRIOL, and MADELYN TRIOL, all of legal ages,
Filipinos, married, and residents of Trapeche, Oton, Iloilo
City.
3. That MA. TERESA TRIOL-ABALOS is my second cousin
by reason of the fact that ENGRACIA LOABLE BRAÑA is
the sister of my grandfather, FIDEL LOABLE.
4. That I execute this affidavit as to the truth of the foregoing
facts and for whatever legal purpose/s this may serve;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature


this 26th day of April, 2017, in the City of Cagayan de Oro,
