Greetings!!!

We are writing this letter to seek assistance from your good office to help us in clearing of some loose
gravel, soil, woods and other mess left by the construction worker located at the back of newly
constructed building/in front of BLDG. D in Caloocan High School.

We are therefore asking your good office to please deploy some of volunteer “Army Reserved
Command” (ARESCOM) to help us cleaning up surrounding areas in front of Building D (Pls. see attached
picture)

Hope you can lend us for a while for the safety of our students and personnel.
