- Aliens are either the person who temporarily visit the state, person who are resident
aliens but have not yet applied for naturalization. While the stateless persons are those
persons who have lost their original nationality and have not yet acquired another one.

- Suffrage simply means the right to vote. While election are the times when voters go to
the polling places in order to vote.

-The hare system is the system name after its British proponent Thomas hare in 1851.
According to this system,each voters selects one candidate, but he is allowed to indicate on his
ballot his first, second and third choices. While the list system, the candidates are nominated by
the various political parties or groups of electors.

- two party system is the system wherein the major political parties alternate with each
other in the exercise of political power while the multi-party system is the system with
more that two political parties fight in an election and no single party gets the majority

are under age; (b) aliens; (c) insane persons; (d) criminals convicted of certain crimes;
and (e) persons who do not register as voters.
