                     The menus available in lunch area are changeable every week in order for the customer’s not
                     lost the interest in coming back and for them to explore more dishes.
                     Services
                     The customer’s attention will be bored or frustrated in waiting their order, so, we provide them
                     WiFi’s exclusive only for those who buy our goods. Television is also available for the
                     entertainment of elderly people.
                     TARGET MARKET
                     The business doesn’t mind focusing on what customers we entertain. The business only
                     targets the satisfaction or interest of the probable customers to get their attention and come to
                     our snack-lunch house.
                     LOCATION
                     This business resides on Poblacion, Tabango, Leyte where it is the center of the town and the
                     number of probable customers are present. With a high rate of population, the business
                     chance of success is also high.

LONG-TERM OBJECTIVES
The ambiance of the surroundings is relaxing. The theme of our business brings relaxation to
the eyes of the customers. Green plants are decorated inside in every corner, mini flowers are
decorated on the tables and hanging plants decorated in the counter. Music is also played
when someone requested.
In overall, we put priority to the satisfaction and entertainment of each customer.
ESTIMATED CAPITAL REQUIREMENTS
The estimated capital in building the snack-lunch house would be probably around Php
550,000. This amount is enough for starting up the business including in paying the other
expenses such as the decorations or designs inside the building.

FORM OF BUSINESS ORGANIZATION
The form of business organization of this business is Partnership. The owners are composed of
two individuals with the same interest, namely, Ma. Loida A. Arsenal and Maria Kaila T. Amen.

Snack Area
The SRP’s available is varied according to size, ingredients, serving and kind of snack. In per
serving, there’s a minimum price of 5 pesos and maximum of 100 pesos. Since the menus are
changing every week, there is no actual price in every product.
Lunch Area
Same with snack area, the menus are changing by week and the SRP is varied according to
what type of dish, ingredients, and serving. Per serving cost with minimum price of 15 pesos
and maximum of 150 pesos.
MODE OF PROMOTION
The business uses flyers and brochures as a tool in promoting the business because posters
are banned.
In the first day of opening, friends and relative are present as the first customer because the
business believes that a word of an experienced customer can lure other people in gaining
their interest in coming.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Televisions and WiFi’s are needed with the following:
Snack Area
The machines are needed to operate like coffee machines, refrigerator, ovens, other
equipment and tools used in baking, and glass-divider used for displaying the desserts.
Lunch Area
Cooking utensils, equipment, refrigerator, glass-divider used for displaying the dishes and
other minor tools and equipment needed in preparing the dishes
