Here are the details of the proposal for starting the B.Sc Nursing Course..!

Phase.1   [ Fees DD, Rs.2,50,000 + Treasury branch Challan fees Rs.25,000 +  charges
4,00,000]  
Application to UP State Medical Faculty for a LETTER OF CONSENT  with a fees of RS.
2,50,000 in the form of Demand Draft(DD) in favor of Secretary UP State Medical Faculty,
Lucknow.
Treasury challan of Rs.25000 slip should be included.
A file should be prepared with all the enclosures with index paper at the front. with Charges Rs.
4,00,000 ( for the paperwork and receiving the letter for Inspection & clearing all the faults and
other issues in the file, in each department of the faculty)
First Inspection will be approached from UP State Medical Faculty

Phase. 2   [ Charges Rs.4,00,000] 


Approach to the Shasan ( UP State Government ) For NOC   
File & report including the LETTER OF CONSENT with all the enclosures with index paper at
the front. with Charges Rs.4,00, 000  ( for receiving the letter for Inspection & approval and
appointing the Inspectors from various departments like District education Office, DG Health,
Nursing head council personnel)
Second Inspection will be approached from UP State Government    

Phase 3  [ Fees DD Rs. 1,00,000 + Charges Rs. 6,50,000 ]


Approach to Indian Nursing Council for Recognition  with a fees of RS. 1,00,000 in the form of
Demand Draft(DD) in favor of Secretary, INC
 File & report including the LETTER OF CONSENT  & NOC with all the enclosures with index
paper at the front. with Charges Rs.6,50, 000  ( for receiving the recognition approval,
appointing the inspectors as our comfort who shall give positive report with out and negative
points even if they find and not to submit the file previous date and work in express way)  
Third Inspection will be approached from INC

Phase 4  [ Fees DD Rs. 2,00,000 +  Rs.4,50,000]


  Approach to Dr. RML University for AFFILIATION  With  a fees of RS. 2,00,000
(approximately) in the form of Demand Draft(DD) in favor of Finance officer,   Dr. RML
University 
File & report including the LETTER OF CONSENT  , NOC & Recognition paper with all the
enclosures with index paper at the front. with Charges Rs.4,50,000   ( for receiving   for
receiving the letter for Inspection & approval and appointing the Inspectors from various
departments specially to take the submission for previous dates and for not delaying the file in
any department of the university]
  Forth & Final Inspection will be approached from University

Phase 5  [ Charges Rs. 50,000]


Approach to UP State Nursing council for Confirmation Approval & availability of the  courses
online & the same steps are to be done with INC.
File & report including the LETTER OF CONSENT  , NOC, Recognition paper & Affiliation letter
with all the enclosures with index paper at the front. with Charges Rs. 50,000  just to feed the
clerical people in the INC & UP Nursing council to make the things early so that the students
can avail the benefits like Scholarship , Education Loans & other facilities.

Consultation and project charges Rs. 2,50,000 to 3,00,000 and


travel, Accommodation & food are Extra
ANM Course:
Phase.1   [ Fees DD, Rs.4,00,000 + Charges Rs.3,50,000 ]

Phase 3  [ Fees DD Rs. 35,000 + Charges Rs. 4,00,000 ]


Approach to Indian Nursing Council for Recognition & Approval  

Phase 4  [ Charges Rs. 1,50,000]


Approach to UP State Nursing Board, Nursing Council for Confirmation Approval & availability of the 
courses online & the same steps are to be done with INC which will actively display the authorization to
take the admissions for which the intake is confirmed.

Consultation and project charges Rs. 2,50,000 to 3,00,000 and


travel, Accommodation & food are Extra
