Total Investment On M3M Projects: Less Previous Project Paid Amount

The M3M Port Your Property scheme allows investors to exchange existing property investments for new M3M residential properties at preferential rates. For investments made before the M3M launch, the exchange rate is 1:3.5, and for those after launch it is 1:2.5. The payment plan requires a 50% down payment at booking, with the remaining 50% due at possession within 30 months. The first 50% is eligible for a 12% annual assured rental return paid out monthly.
