We’re providing generators exactly according to your need because we founded the company with
the aim of providing complete power backup solution at an affordable price and is the most fair and

• Outdoor/Waterproof Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). 160 amp and for 2 generators.
• Control panel (English language).
• Diesel system.
• Sound and weather proof enclosure.
• Charging system.
• Jacket water cooling system.
• One set of batteries.
• Automatic mains failure section
• All necessary control devices/accessories to provide a complete operable system.
• Complete ventilation system
• Fuel tank, fuel pipes, fuel pumps, and any other accessories needed to make the system running.
• Replaceable filters.
• Replaceable oil bath air intake filter
• Exhaust system including mufflers
• Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR): Completely solid-state design
• System should be able to either powered manually or on automatic-basis and upon electricity
failure
• Automatic battery charger 24V
• System should include automatic safety features that automatically stop the generator in the event
of any function failure (e.g. low lubricating oil pressure, high lubricating oil pressure, high coolant
temperature, overload …etc.)
• In case of failure, the system should be able to show the errors on the control panel.

The system should at least cover one year of warranty. The bidder should also submit the proposed
schedule of maintenance and all needed spare parts (e.g. oil, filters …etc.) over the generator’s life
span. Bidders should identify the number of complimentary maintenance visits, including the
replacement of spare parts such as oil and filters that will be done over a certain period of time.

attention to the R&D, innovation and maintenance of generators sets, and maintaining long term
strategic friendship cooperation with domestic and abroad famous manufactures of Cummins, Perkins,
Doosan, SDEC, Mitsubishi(SME), Deutz, Wuxi Wandi, Leroysomer, Stamford, and Marathon etc.
We have so wide products ranges from 5kva to 5000kva for the diesel generator set; power from
25kva to 1500kva for gas generator set; soundproof/weather proof type, container type generator set;
movable, vehicle type generator sets. Regarding to the electrical control systems, it covers Auto
control panel, Synchronization panels, ATS etc. It can also provide customized solution due to
customer requirements upon our standard product supply in order to meet the demand of market. To

Each Generator shall be supplied complete with the following items:
 Supply of all installation drawings and documentation, Operation and Maintenance
manuals.
 Design, supply and warranty of:
a. Enclosed diesel generator sets with the given minimum kVA rating Prime rated at
240/415V, 1500/1800 rpm, comprising a diesel fuelled, reciprocating, inter-cooled, prime
power rated engine which is direct coupled to a three phase 400 V synchronous generator;
b. The gen set shall be able to provide prime power on variable loads for an unlimited number
of hours per year, in island operation mode, providing 110% of prime power during minimum
of 1 hour per 12 hours cycle;
c. Completely enclosed diesel generators fully suitable for the given environment complete
with sufficient space for all engine fluids, base fuel tank, noise abatement, water-air radiator,
exhaust systems and all necessary controls, remote monitoring and ancillary components;
d. General access and protection structures;
e. Diesel generator earthing system;
f. Synchronization unit for load sharing across multiple interconnected generators (kW,
kVAr),
g. Diesel generator control system and enhanced power management;
h. Fuels transfer system inclusive manual fuel transfer system from external tanks;
 Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) complete with all documentation, certificates, test
reports;
 Remedy all defects.
 Provision of training for Operations and Maintenance staff.
 Provision of Operation and Maintenance manuals
 Provision of spare parts, and special tools.
 Provision of all signed certification (HSNO, Electrical Certification etc.) for the plant
supplied. Warranty one year or 1500 Working Hours from the shipment date, whichever
comes first.

possible downtime and lowest possible prices. We offer better quality and competitive prices in
comparison to national and multinational competitors. The payment schedule must be linked to the
delivery of the results specified in your technical component. The Supplier shall state and guarantee:
 Fuel usage rates at 110%, 100%. 75% and 50% prime rated output (g/kWe) and corrected values as
noted.
 Maximum net output (kWe) of each diesel generator.
 Continuous net output (kWe) of each diesel generator.
