IV. Method of payment

4.1 When the contract is signed, the buyer shall pay 30% of the total contract price as the advance

payment of the contract.

4.2 After debugging, the generator factory shall pay the final payment.

Five, after-sales service measures and methods

5.1 After-sales service is filed and managed by the company's maintenance service center, which is

responsible for the organization control of after-sales service, the major maintenance of the products

sold by the company in the national market and the support service in case of emergency, and the

general maintenance service is handled by the company's maintenance service centers all over the

country;

5.2 Adhere to the principle of service: First, take the initiative to provide on-site service and deal

with problems in time; The second is to respond positively to users' useful suggestions; Third,

handling quality disputes according to law;

5.3 Handle user's letters and calls in time, and be considerate of users everywhere;

5.4 Do a good job in user quality information feedback, and implement the system of quality

feedback sheet and quality tracking card;

5.5 Set up product maintenance outlets in areas where sales are concentrated, so that door-to-door

service does not exceed 12 hours.

5.6 Define the content of after-sales service:

5.6.1 Provide product operation, use and maintenance instructions;

5.6.2 Provide spare parts and accessories;

5.6.3 Free training of 1-2 electricians in operation and maintenance for customers;

5.6.4 The warranty period is 1 year or 1,000 working hours (whichever comes first), and there are
service stations all over the world, which is a global warranty. All faults caused by manufacturing

defects of generator sets shall be carried out according to the original factory warranty, and all errors

caused by human error operation and other non-compliance with the original factory maintenance

regulations are not within the scope of this quality guarantee.

5.6.5 Provide users with information on product use and improvement in time;

5.6.6 Be responsible for guiding the installation and debugging of products for customers;

5.6.7 The company's products adopt direct selling mode, and handle business according to the rules

of international practice, forming a strong sales network and after-sales service network. The

products sold by the company can be provided with after-sales service by business representative

offices around the country.
