Well wisher donating room in temple will be awarded with the following benefits:

 Donor will be provided with Room sponsorship card.

 The donor have right to stay in sponsored room for two months in a year including free Prasadam for four
members maximum.
 Donor will be awarded with Life membership.
 Priorities shall be given to room donors regarding room booking whenever necessary (either festivals or any
other accusations). Where as we suggest donor to book room for minimum one week at a time.
 Donor will be awarded with ISKCON Nepal’s Special Platinum life membership for one year in which:
i) donor will get special VIP pass for major festivals.
ii) donor will get opportunity to do Avishek in festivals such as Sri Krishna Janmaastami and Gaura
Purnima as complimentary.
iii) donor will be taken to ISKCON Nepal’s Yearly yatra in which fooding, Lodging and internal
transportation will be free. (Except for the registration charge and external transportation charge)

Terms and conditions:

1. A donor will get full advantage of life membership system all around the world except for the Platinum
membership quota which is valid for one year and in Nepal only.
2. Room booking must be done at least one month before your arrival. During festivals, your room booking
must be done two months before or so.
3. The sponsored room holds capacity of 4 persons. So guesthouse department won’t allow more than four
persons as per your quota.
4. Donor must follow the procedures of room booking every time they want to stay in their sponsored rooms.
5. If the donor is recommending their family members (parents or children) to stay at temple in their yearly
quota, donor must send a hand written letter with all the descriptions of the people staying and donors
signature. (No room shall be provided until the procedure is done properly)
6. The donor’s membership is not transferable and is valid for the donor’s lifetime only.
7. If you are not able to make full donations at a time you can make the payments in installment in four times
maximum within the periods of one year. If you are not able to make donation within the time our
agreement will be cancelled and the donation will not be refunded.
8. The donor will be able to get full benefit of sponsarship, only after completion of installments of donation to
the temple.
