DTC B1180/17 Airbag Circuit Diagnostics

The document provides diagnostic trouble codes, circuit descriptions, and inspection procedures for supplemental restraint systems. It describes DTC B1180/17 which indicates a short in the D squib circuit (second step). The trouble areas could be the horn button assembly, spiral cable sub-assembly, airbag sensor assembly center, or instrument panel wiring. The inspection procedure checks these components and narrows down the faulty part.
