1st days capacity=20%of daily capacity

2nd days capacity=60%of daily capacity
=60/100*23085
=13851min

3rd days capacity=90%of daily capacity


=90/100*23085
=20776.5min

Now total capacity=1st days capacity + 2nd days capacity + 3rd days capacity + (13-3frd)*daily
capacity
=4617+13851+20776.5+10*23085
=270094.5min

Now load=lot size * total smv


=800*12*30
=288000min

if capacity>or =,then the line be able to execute the order within lead time

Now required extra hour=load-capacity/hourly capacity


=288000-270094.5/daily capacity/10
=17905.5/23085/10
=17905.5/2308.5
=7.75
=8 hour

we see if we do more 8 hour overtime so we can easily manage the order within the lead time.For
this we can follow the below mentioned options---
1.Bring all the workers at Friday (holiday)
2.increase working hour by 1 hour for 8 days-
