AFFIDAVIT OF FULL COMPLIANCE

I MANUEL LUIS C. ISORENA, Filipino Citizen, married and of legal age and
with residential address at 23-P TA Manhattan Heights Romulo Ave., Socorro Cubao
Quezon City, after being sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state
that;

1. I am admitted to the Bar on June 7, 2018 and covered by the A.M. No. 17-
03-09-SC or the Rule on Community Legal Aid Service (CLAS);

2. I have rendered various legal services during the compliance period of One
(1) year from the admission to the Bar as stated in the Implementing Rules and
Regulations (IRR) on CLAS;

3. I have rendered my legal services under the supervision of the Integrated


Bar of the Philippine (IBP) Quezon City Chapter which includes consultation,
drafting of affidavits and pleadings, and participation in the seminars and
workshops sponsored by the IBP-Quezon City;

4. I have rendered an aggregate time of One hundred and Twenty Five (125)
hours and thirty (30) minutes of pro bono legal aid serviceas evidenced by the time
log or timesheet herein attached; and

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing


statements, to formally submit the same and its supporting documents to the Office
of the Bar Confidant (OBC).

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 25 th day of June


2019 at Quezon City, Philippines.

Quezon City this 25th day of June 2019.Affiant personally came and appeared with
BFP ID issued on January 3, 2019 at Quezon City, bearing his photograph and

instrument before me and avowed under penalty of law to the whole truth of the
contents of said instrument.
