Filed before this Court on 12 September 2014 is an information for


Grave Oral Defamation signed by City Prosecutor Dorina H. Joya, against
the accused Crisanto P. Enriquez of Bgy. San Antonio, Calapan City.

After conducting a thorough evaluation of the record particularly the


sworn statement of the private complainant Efren U. Rodriguez and his
witnesses, the undersigned finds reasonable ground to believe that the crime
charged has been committed and that the above-named accused might be
guilty thereof.

WHEREFORE, in order for the Court to acquire jurisdiction over the


person of the accused, let summons, in lieu of warrant of arrest be issued
against Crisanto P. Enriquez, it appearing that the possibility that he would
escape and becomes fugitive from justice appears to be remote.

ACCORDINGLY, let the arraignment of the above-named accused be


set on 07 October 2014 at 1:30 in the afternoon.

SO ORDERED.
