Subtest 1: Figure Ground (FG) Administer by placing cards, centered in front of

SUBTEST 2: Form Completion (FC) Teaching Trials
Note that the materials for Form Completion are divided ITEMs FC-1, FC-3, FC-6 and FC-9 include directions for

Return shapes, in front of individual to a different random
placement. Indicate nonverbally that Individual should
independently place shapes to match examiner’s model and picture
on Easel.
After Item is administered, hold each circle up to illustration and
indicate that they match illustration.

Teaching Trial-Ages 3-5 Only
