Wraithfire Blast

Ostarion calls for his cursed ancestors by destroying the enemy.

Wraithfire Blast - Is one of the best stuns in game, because of big range of action and little
cooldown that allows you to use it more than one time in fight. It also slows the enemy down does
damage on him and with support you can easily kill enemies in early game.

This is interesting

 It does 70/160/230/300 damage.

 Stun has quite a long flight animation so you can evade it or fall back under your tower, but
in reality it happens quite rarely.
 Dont use it  Wraithfire Blast allover the place , because tha manapool of  Wraith
King is not so big and mana wasted on one extra stun may take your ability to rebirth with 
Reincarnation away from you.
 Vampiric Aura

The blade of Wraith King sucks the life force from the enemies and drains them into the aura
of the host

Vampiric Aura gives us and our teammates vampirism. But you should not learn it on early levels
because our creeps will push lanes too much with vampirism. And last hitting creeps under the
enemy tower is not an easy task.

Aura also stacks with other vampiric items like  Vladmir's Offering.

 Aura radius: 900.

 Aura works both for melee allies and ranged allies. For example  Drow Ranger Will be
very glad for that.
 Stacks with other vampiric items.
 Vampirism does not work when you hit the enemy towers.

Mortal Strike

One hit to slay the enemy.

Our natural critical hits that are similar to  Juggernaut critical hits. This helps us deal incredible
amounts of damage even if we dont have big attack speed as other carry heroes.

 Critical hits dont work on towers.

 It does not work on towers but it is the only critical hit in the game that works on 
Tombstone, that allows us to slay it with one hit closer to midgame.
 Even in the worst sitation one critical hit may help us win fight.
 Reincarnation

Those in conspiracy against  Wraith King are extremely curious why he never dies.

Reincarnation -Is the spell that shows full potential of WK. It gives us rebirth ability that is similar
to  Aegis of the Immortal. But the main thing is not a rebirth itself but the slowdown after it, that
is why you should try to sacrafice yourself in fight first.

 Wraith King will not be resurrected if he has not enough mana.

 if  Wraith King simultaneously has  Aegis of the Immortal and this spell ready then
our ultimate will work before the aegis.
 It has big cooldown on the first level that is why you should not waste  Reincarnation all
the time. In late game it has a cooldown of 60 seconds that will give us two lives almost in any fight.
 We dont give our intelligence to  Silencer, if he kills us before the reincarnation. the
same is with  Pudge he won't get additional strength. But  Legion Commander, will get
additional damage from  Duel.

 What I should do?
The gist
Wraith King, thanks to the game and to the items that we will get will become very
annoying hero for the enemy. When the enemy kills us he will waste a lot of effort and HP for
that and thanks to  Blade Mail,  Mjollnir,  Radiance we can kill couple of enemies
before we die. After that we will be ressurected with  Reincarnation and continue to fight with
weaken enemy, and besides that we will debuff them even more. And if we are not get focused
because of ultimate we still have quite a good DPS it is that easy ;).

Our first items to buy after we appear are  Stout Shield, 2x Iron Branch,  Tango, 
Healing Salve. If you understand that you will play against someone with big physical damage
like  Luna, then get yourself a  Quelling Bladeinstead of branches and a flask.

Go to lane with any support. Your goal is good farm and not to die in the beginning. We should
note that  Wraith King - Is a great aggressive hero in the beginning , because it is possible
to use stun twice per one attack. That is why you should always help your support when he
does some aggression.

You live up to level 6 and now you have reincarnation. It is good if you also have  Power
Treads and  Magic Wand by that time. It is important to buy those sticks because with them
we will always have mana for reincarnation. But still it is important to be aware of your mana
pool and always have enough mana for ultimate.

First Fights
With getting a  Reincarnation you can start active team actions, because the debuff from our
ultimate is very strong especially in early game. Try to die first in fight, but not just stand there
and try to damage as much as possible before you die. There is no point in a situation when all
your team gets killed and then you die. After you will be resurrected it will be easy for enemy to
kill you once again.

Blade mail? Blade mail!

Now you should try to farm  Blade Mail as fast as possible. Because of that item you will be
twice as good tank, but dont forget to turn it on! It will also give us 10 intelligence which will
increase our tiny manapool.

Advice
You should use your stuns on the most dangerous hero it may not be carry but a support that
does more bad things in a fight.
 Midgame for Wrath King(from 15 till 35 minute)

What I should do?

Continue your farm and ask supports to place  Observer Ward on the map, that will help
you to farm safely.

Always have  Town Portal Scroll on you, so you can always be in a team fight. you should
be in first lane there, there should be no fights without you. And before you jump into fight
make sure that your team is following you.

Our game in midgame is based on  Reincarnation, as soon as it is ready we should go and
take a good fight. When we dont have ultimate and the game is even play defensive. You can
kill Roshan at that time. With  Vampiric Aura that will be easy.

Mid-items.
After blade male you should get  Blink Dagger or  Drum of Endurance. Dagger is better
because it increases our mobility. We can initiate fights or chase enemies with it. Get drums
only when you play with  Io or  Ogre Magi, who can increase our movespeed and with
drums it will be even more noticable. They also will give some damage, HP and increase our
manapool which is always good.

Then we should farm for  Maelstrom and  Sacred Relicwhich will be used for 
Radiance. Maelstorm will increase our DPS and when we upgrade it to  Mjollnir, together
with  Blade Mail We will be able to soak lots of damage.
 Should you get BKB?
BKB for  Wraith King is a controversial item, because our goal is to die faster and with 
Black King Bar it will be harder

Bkb is important only if you play against enemies with manaburn, because they will burn all our
mana and that will be not enough for reincarnation. Such heroes as  Lion,  Nyx
Assassin,  Anti-Mage,  Outworld Devourer,  Silencer etc. And the worst hero in
this case is  Invoker with  EMP.

Bite on WK
Just go and farm lane close to T3 of the enemy they will try to kill you and they will be
successfull but because of our ultimate we will get back in fight and then our teammates
should appear and with having a big advantage now we should win fight.

Late game for Wrath King(from 35 minute)

What I should do?

Game goes to late, and cooldown of  Reincarnation will be only 60 seconds. We will use it in
everyfight which is just great.
Farm and fight just as you did in midgame. But in late every fight is very important so dont
waste your powers on bad variants, and the bite potential of  Wraith King increases a lot in
late.

More about the items

In late upgrade your  Sacred Relic to  Radiance. Fire sword will increase our DPS and
together with target damage from Wraithfire Blast it will be even more powerful.

Upgrade  Maelstrom to  Mjollnir, and we also have  Blade Mailon us, those items are
perfect for each other.

Later you will have to sell Blade mail to buy  Abyssal Blade, Because it's disable helps a lot
in late fights. If we play against evasive heroes you should get  Monkey King Bar instead of
superbasher.

And if you still have money you should buy  Refresher Orb. Combo  Reincarnation + 
Aegis of the Immortal +  Refresher Orb +  Reincarnation - will make you truly immortal,
the only problem is that you might have not enough slots for Aegis so you will have to sell
your  Blink Dagger.

P.S.
Now we started to play WK a little bit better, it may happen not in the first game but the main
thing is stay positive because practice makes perfect.
