AfroGiant Products (Pvt) Ltd. AfroGiant Products was officially registered with the Registrar of
Companies as a formal business corporate on the 21st of February 2012 with registration numbers
1345/2012.

Computer Service Agreement (once off)

(herein referred to as the Organisation and)
EPIC COMPUTER SOLUTIONS

(herein referred to as EPIC)
1. Duration of Agreement
i) This Agreement provides strictly for a once- off Computer Hardware and Software
full service including the resulting technician service report thereof.
ii) Other subsequent once- off Computer Services may be scheduled as and when
preferred by the Organisation.
iii) Payment for the Contract may be effected upon completion of the job.
2. Computer Service and Repair
i) EPIC undertakes to provide such service which will comprise the following;
-full cleaning and vacuuming of equipment
-checking and lubrication of mechanical parts
-complete virus, Spam, Spyware Scanning and Updating
-full PC performance fixing and or upgrade recommendations
-computer hard disk diagnostic scanning, error checking and Defragmentation
-repair and re- installation of Software.
ii) All Computer Servicing will be conducted on site at the Organisation but Epic
reserves the right to transfer equipment to the Company workshop if necessary.
iii) The Organisation may inform EPIC on the dates to conduct this once- off Computer
Service.
iv) The Organisation undertakes to provide reasonable access to their premises and staff
for EPIC’s technicians to conduct the job.
v) For the Organisation to derive maximum performance and reliability from their
equipment- procedures applicable to the use of the equipment will be recommended,
the Organisation agrees to adopt and apply such reasonable measures.

Once off FULL COMPUTER SERVICE CONTRACT
vi) EPIC will service the following main Software packages under this
Agreement;
-Microsoft Windows XP and 7 editions
-Microsoft Office Professional- 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013 editions
-Antivirus Packages
-Performance tuning software
vii) The Organisation will be required to provide the necessary original or backed up
software copies for purposes of repair and re- installation.
viii) EPIC recommends full data back- ups by the Organisation and EPIC will not be liable
for any loss of data.
3. Service Charges
i) The full service charge as stipulated in the Service Schedule shall be payable upon
completion of the once- off Full Computer Service.
There will be NO NEGOTIATION of instalments regarding payment.
ii) The signing of this once- off Computer Service Contract effects that there will be no
payment refund of any sort or review of the Terms and Conditions of the Contract.
4. Exclusions
i) All service in terms of this Agreement shall not include the following;
-any damage resulting from user negligence, misuse or accident, failure or fluctuations of
electrical power
-any damage as a result of any acts of nature such as thunderstorm lightning or any other
In case of any of the above situations EPIC will assess the extent of damage and diagnose best
recommendations as applicable to the problem at hand.
5. Arbitration
i) The parties herein agree to submit any disputes arising from the implementation of
this Agreement to a committee of Arbitrators consisting of the Chairman of the
Computer Supplies Association of Zimbabwe (COMSA) and the President of the
Computer Society of Zimbabwe or persons appointed by them.
ii) The parties further agree to accept the decision of the Committee of Arbitrators as
final and binding.
iii) The costs of Arbitration will be equally covered by both parties.

Preventative Maintenance Service Agreement

1. Duration of Agreement
i) This agreement will exist for a period not exceeding 3months after its signing
and may be extended every 3month period thereafter as preferred.
ii) Either party may cancel the Agreement upon rendering a written notice of
two(2) calendar months.
iii) Payment for the Contract must be effected upon signing of this Agreement,
NO WORK will commence until such payment has been cleared with EPIC.
2. Preventative Maintenance and Repair
i) Epic undertakes to provide such Preventative Maintenance which will
comprise the following services;

for EPIC technicians to conduct the Preventative Maintenance work.
v) For the Organisation to derive maximum performance and reliability from their
equipment- procedures applicable to the use of equipment will be recommended, the
organisation agrees to adopt and apply such reasonable measures.

vi) EPIC undertakes to conduct repair work on equipment within a day of
hardware or software malfunctions being logged.
vii) EPIC will maintain and support the following main software packages under this
Agreement;

viii) The organisation will be required to provide the necessary original or backed up
