Students will then learn about pennies by identifying them, their value, and adding multiples. Later lessons cover nickels, dimes, and quarters, comparing their characteristics and practicing counting the coins' respective values. The unit concludes by teaching dollar bills, having students calculate costs, and administering a post-test to assess learning.
