victim-deceased Sonny Camposano when Stephanie Camposano
Benedicto Gonzales grabbed the former
and later approached Sonny, grabbed his
knife and wounded Benedicto.
Benedicto stood up and got a bladed Complaint-Affidavit of
weapon from a sari-sari store, chased Stpehanie Camposano
Sonny and stabbed the latter.

3 Q16 The reason for Benedicto’s approach is to confront the woman in order
to fix things with the woman, thinking she was Benedicto’s girlfriend.
Benedicto was pushed away by the man as soon as he approached the
woman. Benedicto saw the man clutching his knife and he fell to the
ground.
3 Q17 Benedicto’s stomach started bleeding. He went to Aling Bella’s sari-sari
store to get a knife on the counter. He punched the man and stabbed him
twice.
