1. Tutor must make sure that there is no error message on the website
when clicking the forget password . If there is tutor must reopen again the website

2. The browser that tutor must use should be GOOGLE CHROME in case Google Chrome

3. After clicking the forget password tutors can reset their password by using tutor’s personal
email they submitted. After entering their email verification code will be sent on their
personal email and they will use the code for safety verification in order to change their
password.
4. If the personal email being used is not accepted tutor’s can click the forget email then
they will be asked to enter their TUID & mobile number. Format when entering the number
should be 639xxxxxxxxx (no plus sign +) then click submit. Then there will be a system
message showing the personal email where the verification code has been sent and they
will use the code for safety verification in order to change their password.
5. In case the email that was shown in incorrect after submitting the TUID & mobile number
please report to your trainer to fix the logins with the help of the TM.
