RESOLUTION NO.01

“ A RESOLUTION FOR KIBUNGSOD PERSON WITH DISABILITIES TO APPLY ITS


ACCREDITATION WITH THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF MAGSAYSAY MISAMIS ORIENTAL.”

WHEREAS, KIBUNGSOD PERSON WITH DISABILITIES WAS ORGANIZED AND DULY REGISTERED
WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT with registration number R010-EMOPO-WA-9-
2018-1204 and operating under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines;

WHEREAS, that this association are given the chance to participate in development and once
approved, will be given opportunities to fully operate and given a chance to live decently and
productively;

WHEREAS, KIBUNGSOD PERSON WITH DISABILITIES aims to operate or engage in rice trading
business;

WHEREAS, KIBUNGSOD PERSON WITH DISABILITIES seeks to apply its accreditation with the
Local Government Unit of Magsaysay Misamis Oriental through the respective Local Sangguniang
members;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion made by Board of Director Avelino P. Egnalig duly seconded by
Board Of Director Vice Chairman Nico John G. Naduma it was;

RESOLVED as it hereby resolved, that KIBUNGSOD PERSON WITH DISABILITIES through its
management team shall submit the pertinent documents for its application for accreditation to the
Local Government Unit of Magsaysay, Misamis Oriental;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to all concerned for their information
and guidance.
