REAL SELF ( 10 points)

In chronological order, list down all 10 ideal lifestyles that you would like to apply in your real self.

IDEAL SELF

1. Wake up in the morning, has a good mood 

2. Jog every morning

3. Go to gym

4. Prepare our breakfast

5. Take a bath

6. Dress up and have some routine

7. Eat healthy food and visit doctors often

8. Go to school, enjoy life

9. Go to some new places, like tea shops, coffee shops, bookstore etc.

10. Eat healthy, read wisely and have enough sleep

REAL SELF  

Next, carefully evaluating exactly how you are actually living your life. In other words, what is your
actual style of life?

In chronological order, list down all 10 current lifestyles that you are presently living today.

1. I wake up in the morning and clean my bed

2. I prepare my breakfast, but most of the time my mom did.

3. I do some households

4. I dance “Zumba” with my youngest sibling

5. I prepare my things before I take a bath

6. I take a bath

7. I dress up and prepares myself for school and have lunch

8. After class, I went home and have dinner

9. Do my school works
